Covid-19 Response

We have been monitoring the everchanging government guidelines concerning Covid-19 and we are complying with the recommended scientific guidelines and monitoring them as they are updated

If you’d like to make an appointment to talk to an adviser about your requirements, we can offer a phone call or a video call. Our branches are open and covid-safe, with screens, sanitisers and social distancing in place, but we’re just as able to advise over a video chat or a simple phone call, so please choose this option wherever possible until 2nd December.

Appointments can be booked over the phone or through the individual Appointment Booker on each branch page.

Our priority and main concern is the welfare of our employees, clients and the wider community therefore staff will be working remotely where possible and we are encouraging self-isolation to assist with the management of Covid-19.

We would like to advise our clients that we will continue to respond promptly to emails, telephone calls and enquiries and will be available to assist with queries promptly
