I have recently had the pleasure of being a client of Beth Rodwell who has helped secure me a mortgage and life insurance for a house I am completing on at the start of February through Beresfords.
I have bought two properties in the past over the years and I know first hand that the process more often than not can be stressful. On this occasion, it has been stress free as Beth very professionally handled everything for me and was always prompt on providing answers, responding when she said she would and checking in every now and then to see how the overall sale was progressing and if I had any concerns she could iron out.
The advice I received was second to none and I am very grateful as I note, I ended up with one of the best rates out there. Regardless though of the rate, I appreciated the insight Beth provided in recommending a provider and her knowledge on the provider turnarounds timewise. Pretty much like clockwork, the turnaround was as Beth explained and so I imagine, due to her likeable character she has made good connections within the provider industry.
